Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and improve service margins.
  • Provide accurate cost estimations and assist with customer quotations.
  • Identify and address discrepancies between business goals and forecasted projections.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to strengthen market position.
  • Work closely with senior management to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Ensure all business activities align with the companys long-term growth objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in pricing strategies, cost estimations, and business forecasting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using business and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of packaging, printing, or related industries is a plus
