Job Description

This company operates in the manufacturing of consumer electronics and peripheral equipment, focusing on delivering electronic solutions for end-user and supporting devices.

• Maintain accurate financial records (ledgers, journals, AP/AR)

  Process invoices and ensure timely collections/payments
  
• 
  Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
  
• 
  Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  
• 
  Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
  
• 
  Assist with tax filings (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes)
  
• 
  Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
  
• 
  Assist in payroll calculations and deductions
  
• 
  Prepare documents for internal/external audits
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  
• 
  Perform administrative duties (filing, data entry, coordination)
  
• 
  Support special finance-related projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• 
  24 years experience in accounting or finance
  
• 
  Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
  
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• 
  Strong time management and organizational abilities
  
• 
  Analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance
  
• 
  Ability to multitask and work under pressure
