Job Description

A global provider of materials and precision system solutions operates a major manufacturing facility focused on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for the semiconductor industry.   • Develop and optimize surface treatment processes for various materials, ensuring desired properties like corrosion resistance, wear resistance, or aesthetic.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor process performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards related to surface treatment processes, such as environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering) or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various surface treatment techniques, including plating, coating, anodizing, and passivation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for process problems.
  • Ability to manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
