• Manage the introduction of new products from design to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Oversee qualification and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, or product development.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
