Job Description

The company concentrated on manufacturing panel furniture, office furniture and display fixture. Additionally, the company engages in the production, processing, and sale of wood, furniture, and metal products, as well as the import and export of goods and technologies.

• Translate and distribute product drawings, Bills of Material (BOM), assembly instructions, and packing instructions to relevant departments.

• Coordinate with HQ R&D to address inaccuracies or optimization opportunities in technical drawings.
• Communicate updates and amendments to technical documents across relevant departments.
• Prepare product samples and handle testing requests from the Sales Department.
• Conduct tests and verify product samples to ensure compliance with product requirements.
• Liaise with HQ R&D regarding any necessary modifications to sample requirements.
• Maintain and organize Factory Keeping Samples after customer approvals.
• Verify product color labels and other necessary labeling requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in carton specifications, including die-cut dimensions, printing, fitting, and artwork approvals.
• Inspect and validate packing materials.
• Prepare color panels for edge banding and applique card verification, ensuring proper storage after customer approval.
