Job Description

The company is a leading Malaysian manufacturer specializing in high-performance aerosol paint and coating products. Established in 1996, it focuses on providing innovative solutions for automotive refinishing, as well as industrial and household applications. The company is recognized for its world-patented aerosol systems, including dual and single-component systems that deliver spray results comparable to traditional spray gun systems.



  • Develop, implement, and manage the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide insightful financial analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee cash flow and manage the company's liquidity to ensure the business can meet its operational and financial obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability. Conduct financial audits and control internal costs.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial and accounting regulations, including compliance with tax laws, reporting requirements, and international financial standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor finance team members. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Identify potential financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize the impact on the business.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
