Job Responsiblities

Sales & Customer Service

• Pursue new sales prospects, negotiate, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty for repeated sales.
• Handle sales calls and customer service, including responding to emails.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Business Administration

• Process invoices.
• Generate reports, word processing, spreadsheets, and other software and administrative tools in service of executives.
• Assist the Manager in Marketing strategic planning for the organization.
• Handle data management (CRM) and clerical tasks (data entry).
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (preferred as our customers are primarily Chinese-speaking).
• Meticulous with problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Drive.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Able to start immediately.
