  • Assist in the procurement of materials, goods, and services required for operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Help prepare purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure availability of supplies without overstocking.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Evaluate and analyze supplier performance, ensuring high quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Assist in negotiating with suppliers for better pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Handle documentation and reporting related to procurement activities.
  • Assist in resolving procurement-related issues and addressing any supply chain disruptions.
  • Provide support in preparing budget reports and cost analysis for procurement activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
