Job Description

    • Lead and supervise a manufacturing team to meet production goals, ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Continuously improve processes, productivity, and employee performance.
    • Coordinate with departments for smooth production flow and manage resources and materials.
    • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and propose improvements like automation.
    • Maintain plant facilities and minimize downtime.
    • Ensure work follows SOPs and quality standards, while training the team.
    • Promote continuous improvement and contribute to problem-solving.
    • Monitor inventory and manage the department budget.
    • Comply with regulations and maintain 5S standards.
    • Lead LEAN initiatives and contribute to strategic and operational management.

    Job Requirements Summary:

    • Degree in Manufacturing/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
    • 10+ years in EMS with 3+ years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in PCBA, SMT, and preferably injection molding.
    • Familiar with ERP systems (BaaN, SAP, Mapics).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage projects.
