Job Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Project Management (MPM) Supervisor

Location: Senai, Johor Darul Ta'zim

A prominent manufacturer specializing in high-quality, customer-focused production solutions, this company is committed to delivering innovative and efficient services across various industries. They are seeking a Manufacturing Project Management (MPM) Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team, oversee capacity planning, manage customer interactions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the factory.
  • Lead the manufacturing team in managing RFQs, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
  • Ensure the manufacturing team consistently meets or exceeds customer requirements.
  • Drive internal initiatives for improvement within the manufacturing team.
  • Coordinate and manage customer audits in partnership with the manufacturing team.
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve customer complaints.
  • Attend customer meetings to review capacity, address quality concerns, and discuss other operational matters.

Job Requirements:

Educational Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Diploma holders with at least 5 years of experience will also be considered.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven capabilities in project development and management.
