  • Review blueprints and instructions to understand product quality expectations and material requirements.
  • Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and track supplier performance.
  • Select and test product samples using appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions, testing functionality, and comparing to specifications.
  • Utilize automated systems to carry out advanced testing procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of tests, metrics, and information such as the number of defective products per day.
  • Inspect production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee equipment use to ensure it is safe, well-maintained, and discard any equipment that does not meet requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Managing Director.
  • Understand customer expectations and needs for the product.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes.
  • Design product specifications that adhere to legal and safety standards.
  • Supervise staff and monitor production quality standards.
  • Assess the quality of raw materials used in production.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal production procedures.
  • Evaluate final products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Reject products that do not meet quality criteria.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve product quality.
  • Generate statistical reports on quality standards.
  • Report quality standard issues to upper management.
  • Assess and handle product recalls.
  • Enhance production efficiency and manage waste reduction initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
