They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance the company's market presence in the EMS sector while driving business success.

• Drive company revenue growth by identifying market trends, customer needs, and analyzing competitive landscapes. Explore potential markets and segments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Actively participate in management meetings to discuss and execute effective business strategies.
• Develop and manage proposals for new projects or partnerships, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and expand networks. Leverage industry contacts to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for the company, and oversee contract compliance and performance.
• Strengthen the companys brand presence within the assigned industry or region by creating impactful marketing materials and engaging with the target audience.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with new projects or clients by developing strategic risk management plans.
• Establish a robust commercial structure aligned with the companys business direction and vision.
• Ensure stability and reliability across the entire supply chain to meet customer expectations effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Provide training for sales and marketing teams on new services, market trends, and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities.

Job requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with preference given to candidates with prior business development management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Experience in both technical/manufacturing and commercial aspects is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with excellent coordination skills for task execution.
• Strong presentation skills and the initiative to drive business growth.

• Willingness to travel frequently and attend off-site events.
