Job Title Production Manager

Location: Senai, Johor, Malaysia

Experienced in overseeing and managing production processes, ensuring efficient workflow from assembly to shipping. Skilled in coordinating activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and inventory control. Proven leadership in managing teams, optimizing performance, and maintaining supply flow. Extensive background in handling PCBA/PCB within the electronics industry, with strong expertise in quality assurance and problem-solving.



• Oversee and manage production processes, ensuring the efficient and continuous flow of operations by preparing all necessary resources.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities to ensure products are made on time, in the correct order, and meet the required quality and specifications, from assembly and testing to shipping.
• Lead and manage direct labor employees and subordinates, working both individually and as part of a team, to optimize performance and achieve company objectives. This includes scheduling work, providing instructions, and motivating staff.
• Monitor and control the supply flow, including purchasing, storage, and movement of raw materials, as well as work-in-progress inventory.
• Ensure quality control in the assembly process by overseeing that all product factors meet the required standards.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in handling PCBA/PCB and a background in the electronics industry.
• Familiarity with the SMT process is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience for an Assistant Manager position or 10 years for a Production Manager position in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably with experience in the E&E (Electronics and Electrical) industry.
