Job Description


Seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding customer base by promoting ERP solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our ERP systems and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth by executing effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or any software solutions sector.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
