Job Description

A Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services to ensure organizational needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The role includes strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.

  • Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
  • Evaluation: Assess suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery times, and other criteria.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain a robust supplier database and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Procurement Activities: Manage purchasing processes, including cost determination and order tracking.
  • Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Monitoring: Oversee procurement budgets and implement cost-saving strategies.
 Job Requirement:
  • Experience: At least 2 years in procurement or related roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and supplier management abilities.
  • Expertise in costing and negotiation.
  • Problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.

  • Additional Knowledge: Experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) material quotes and field-specific product knowledge is advantageous
