Job Title: Assistant Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Support senior engineers in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and process efficiency.
  • Participate in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of engineering activities, including test results and process changes.
  • Gain hands-on experience in various engineering functions, including mechanical, electrical, and production engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in manufacturing processes and willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering software and tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
