Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Lead the design and development of new power module mechanical systems, including thermal management, structural integrity, and integration with electronic components.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the creation and testing of prototypes. Analyze test results and iterate designs to meet performance specifications and reliability standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that development milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure seamless integration and functionality of power modules.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in power module design and development.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, design reports, and test plans. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues that arise during development, testing, and production phases.
