Job Title: Senior Program Engineer

Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

  • Resolve issues related to design, production, or delivery during program execution.
  • Track and report on program progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
