Job Title: Planner

A global leader in the manufacturing sector, this company is renowned for its high-precision products and innovative solutions. They are currently seeking a Planner to join their team and play a key role in coordinating and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure all materials and resources are available for production processes.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in customer orders or production issues.
• Analyze data to identify potential bottlenecks or delays in production and develop contingency plans to address them.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage lead times and delivery expectations.
• Ensure accurate tracking of production activities and maintain detailed records of schedules, forecasts, and production outcomes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast production needs.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
