我们正在协助一家国际物流企业，为其位于曼谷的团队招聘一名

双语客户服务 / 客户协调专员（国际物流）。

该岗位为长期全职、现场办公职位，主要负责国际货代业务中的客户对接、运输协调以及内部沟通工作。

岗位职责：

- 作为客户主要对接窗口，负责日常沟通与服务协调

- 配合内部操作团队，支持国际物流运输流程的顺利执行

- 跟进运输进度，及时回应客户需求并妥善处理相关问题

- 协调公司内部相关职能，确保货运安排高效、有序

- 维护良好的客户关系，持续提升服务质量

岗位要求：

- 大专及以上学历，国际物流或相关专业优先

- 3 年以上国际物流 / 货代行业相关工作经验（客户服务、客户协调经验优先）

- 中文（普通话）及泰语听说读写流利，具备英语能力者优先

- 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力及良好的客户服务意识

- 工作细致、有责任感，能够适应一定节奏的工作环境

- 目前常住泰国，可接受曼谷现场办公

We are a professional recruitment consultancy supporting an established international logistics company in hiring a Bilingual Customer Service / Account Coordination professional for its Bangkok-based operations.

This is a long-term, on-site position focused on customer communication, shipment coordination, and internal collaboration within international freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, handling daily communication and service coordination

- Support end-to-end shipment processes by working closely with internal operational teams

- Track shipment progress, follow up on customer requests, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate across relevant internal functions to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities

- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to service quality improvement

Requirements：

- College degree or above; major in International Logistics or a related field is preferred

- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding, preferably in customer service or account coordination roles

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Thai (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage

- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Currently based in Thailand and open to a full-time, on-site role in Bangkok
