PROJECT COORDINATOR

Your Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact
for the Integrated Delivery Team, providing high-level project coordination,
administrative support, communications management and documentation control to
support successful project delivery.

You’ll:

• Coordinate and support
  meetings and workshops including agenda preparation, minute taking, action
  tracking and post-meeting communications.
• Assist in drafting
  reports, presentations, briefing papers, communications and key project
  documentation for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinate document
  submissions and manage project documentation to ensure records, contracts,
  change orders and deliverables are accurately maintained.
• Support project
  scheduling, resource coordination, budget tracking and travel arrangements
  for the IDT.
• Facilitate communication
  between project teams, stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment
  across project objectives.
• Monitor incoming
  correspondence and communications, responding or redirecting matters as
  appropriate.
• Support cross-functional
  project activities focused on improving processes, efficiency and project
  outcomes.
• Identify potential risks
  and escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution.

You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience in
  project coordination, executive administration or supporting complex
  projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in
  Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline is
  desirable.
• Strong organisational
  skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a
  fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail
  and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal,
  written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong
  working relationships across all levels.
• Experience working within
  complex matrix environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of
  document management processes and collaboration platforms such as
  SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft
  Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Ability to work
  autonomously, demonstrate initiative and adapt to changing business
  priorities.
• A collaborative,
  results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and stakeholder
  engagement skills.
• A high level of computer
  literacy.
