Job Title: Tooling Technician

A well-established manufacturing company, this firm is known for its expertise in producing high-quality products for various industries. They are seeking a Tooling Technician to support their operations, focusing on the maintenance and optimization of tooling equipment within their facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tooling equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on molds, dies, and other tooling components.
• Work closely with the prduction team to identify tooling issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Inspect and measure tooling components to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to optimize tooling performance and improve efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, tooling changes, and machine settings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Tooling, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in tooling maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of tooling, mold setup, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
