Job Description

Job Title: Facility Technician

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru

They are currently looking for a Facility Technician to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of their manufacturing facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems, including plumbing, lighting, and security.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or improvement.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for more complex repair tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them promptly to avoid production downtime.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
