Job Title: Color Matching Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product development and production teams to adjust color formulations and meet client specifications.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure color accuracy and consistency across production batches.
  • Maintain detailed records of color formulas, adjustments, and production outcomes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source new pigments and colorants as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in color matching technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Printing, Design, or related technical discipline).
  • 2-3 years of experience in color matching, particularly in packaging or printing.
  • Strong knowledge of color theory and experience with color matching tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle production pressures.
