Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director (Asia Region)

Location: Kulim, Kedah

A global leader in the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) industry, this company focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions for various sectors, including automotive, medical, energy, and industrial applications. Expanding rapidly in the Asia region, they are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive strategic growth and manage the sales and marketing teams across multiple countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the Asia region, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and formulating solutions to meet them.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the global leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.
• Travel frequently within the region to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage regional sales teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the EMS or related industries, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Asia market, particularly in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; additional languages are an advantage.
