Job Title: Test Manager - PCBA

A leading player in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry, this company specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and other electronic components. Known for its high-quality products and state-of-the-art technology, the company is seeking a Test Manager to lead its PCBA testing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the test engineering team responsible for PCBA testing processes.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of test procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Develop and implement test strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test equipment, software, and processes.
• Work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams to identify and address any defects or inefficiencies in the testing process.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all testing activities.
• Manage the validation and calibration of testing equipment to maintain accuracy and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on PCBA testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and test operations.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA testing methodologies, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
