Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager PCBA Boxbuilt

Location: Senai, Johor Bahru

A well-established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company focuses on delivering advanced solutions in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and box-built operations. They are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team and manage the end-to-end process of PCBA and box-built product manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the engineering team involved in PCBA and box-built operations, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Lead product design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to production.
• Manage the implementation of engineering processes and improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control protocols, and customer requirements throughout the production process.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with the supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and maintain production timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in PCBA and box-build operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, through-hole, and box build assembly.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
