Job Title: SMT Manager

Known for its high standards in quality and innovation, they are seeking an experienced SMT Manager to lead and manage their Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the SMT production lines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for troubleshooting and maintaining SMT equipment.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with the engineering and quality control teams to resolve any production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update documentation related to SMT processes, equipment maintenance, and production metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing SMT production lines within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in SMT equipment and processes, including reflow soldering, pick-and-place machines, and automated optical inspection (AOI).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
