Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager

Location: Senai, Johor Bahru

An established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company plays a critical role in delivering high-quality electronic products to global markets. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, they are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize their supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to support operational needs and maintain seamless supply chain processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
• Analyze supply chain performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing supply chain systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
