Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor

Known for its commitment to innovation and quality, this firm is looking for a Maintenance Engineer / Assistant Engineer to join their team and support the efficient operation of their manufacturing facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues that may arise during production.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
  • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to support operational efficiency and equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining records of maintenance work and provide reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to read technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
