Job Title: Sales Admin Executive

A renowned catering company headquartered in Singapore, this firm specializes in delivering premium catering services for a variety of events. Expanding their operations to Johor Bahru, the company seeks a Sales Admin Executive to support its growing sales team and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by handling administrative tasks, including processing orders, generating invoices, and maintaining sales records.
• Coordinate with customers to handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-up on pending orders.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and filed for each sale.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Provide customer service and support for post-sales activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's services to effectively assist the sales team with client interactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
