Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang


This company is a leading metal processing firm in Malaysia, specializing in providing core building materials for the Industrialized Building System (IBS). Their innovative and quality-focused approach has made them a trusted name in the construction materials sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial strategies that align with company goals.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, with knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
