Job Title: CSER Manager (For Malaysians Only)

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru


A leading manufacturer specializing in precision products for global markets. The company is seeking a Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) Manager to lead their sustainability efforts and ensure the company adheres to environmental and social governance practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CSER strategies to promote sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
  • Monitor and report on CSER performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce the companys carbon footprint and promote social responsibility within the organization and community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSER, environmental management, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
