Job Title: Procurement Executive (For Malaysians Only)

A leading electronics manufacturing company, part of a global group specializing in high-quality interconnect products. The company is looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor relations, and procurement processes to ensure the timely supply of materials for production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services as per production requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and track purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
