  • Job Responsible :
  • Sourcing and Purchasing:
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
    • Place orders and manage the procurement of materials and services
  • Supplier Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
    • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
    • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Track inventory levels and forecast future needs.
    • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
  • Cost Management:
    • Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive pricing.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and contracts.

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including production, engineering, and finance, to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
    • Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing or mechatronics industry.
