Job Title: Production Manager (Molding) For Malaysians Only

Location: Senai, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the injection molding production line, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and execute production activities to meet customer demands and company targets.
• Implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485 (medical device manufacturing).
• Lead a team of production staff, including technicians and operators, to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Optimize the use of resources such as materials, manpower, and machinery to achieve production efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with a focus on plastic injection molding.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 13485 for medical devices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
