Job Description

Job Title: Test Engineer (For Malaysians Only)

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru


A leading player in the precision electronics manufacturing industry, this company focuses on delivering high-quality products to global markets. They are seeking a Test Engineer to ensure product reliability and performance through comprehensive testing and validation processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test plans, procedures, and processes to evaluate product functionality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various manufacturing stages.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Analyze test results and generate reports to identify product quality issues and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and product specifications.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance testing accuracy, speed, and overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in testing, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and automated testing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) for test automation is a plus.
