Job Title: Process & Equipment Engineer (For Malaysians Only)

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru


A global leader in precision manufacturing, this company focuses on delivering high-quality products and services to clients worldwide. They are seeking a Process & Equipment Engineer to enhance production processes and maintain equipment efficiency within their facility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all process activities.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring of equipment performance and suggest upgrades or modifications as needed.
  • Lead and support process validation and new equipment qualification efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of process design, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and equipment design tools.
