Job Title: Helpdesk Consultant (Customer Support)

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance, providing support via phone, email, or a ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, working to resolve problems promptly.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in the company's helpdesk system.
  • Offer guidance to clients on best practices, software usage, and preventive maintenance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are handled efficiently and feedback is shared for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business/Finance/Mass communication
  • 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Welcome fresh graduate
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
