Job Title: HR Executive (For Malaysians Only)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
• Oversee training and development programs to ensure employees are continuously upskilled.
• Monitor employee performance and manage the appraisal process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
