Job Title: Production Supervisor (For Malaysians Only)

Location: Senai, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure that equipment and machinery are well-maintained and running efficiently.
• Organize and allocate manpower to optimize productivity.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and train production teams to improve performance and productivity.
• Implement 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the production planning team to meet customer demands.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Familiarity with production scheduling, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices.
