Trust Account support

  • Process updates on the Trust accounts administered by the trust company which include:
  • Insurance-related matters
  • Arrange for Insurance forms and documentation as required for the insurance policy(ies) held under the trust structures to be prepared and completed. This may be in relation to activity such as purchase, transfer in/out, partial or full surrender, partial cash reduction.
  • Bank Account(s) support
  • Arrange for BOS account opening, sub account opening and/or third-party bank account opening processing
  • Process Bank forms such as CPF/CPA re-profiling, BOS PE fund subscription, letters for signing etc.
  • Arrange for execution of facility-related documentation e.g. Credit facility, guarantee, third party, memorandum of charge, deregistration of charges etc.
  • Ad-hoc Trust Account matters:
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects, including but not limiting to update of department trackers, reporting, file maintenance, and archiving. Coordinate and track progress
  • In relation to the above, to:
    -Check and prepare the checklists, instructions, forms and letters as required (including trustee minutes, director’s resolutions, update of schedules)
    -Liaise with external parties/service providers (i.e. bank/nominee director) for execution, and to see to completion
    -Conduct signature verifications and arrange for signature and approvals
    -File the documents and records as necessary (i.e. trust system and hard copy files)
  • Act in accordance with core values (Lasting Value, Integrity, Forward-looking, Respect, Responsibility) of the organization, and demonstrate the highest standards of business and personal conduct

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Banking/ Finance/ trust administration
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Team player
  • Meticulous and have an eye for details
  • Degree/Diploma holders
