What you will learn

  • Daily operations of Corporate Procurement and related processes, for OMV, Petrom and Borealis.
  • Procurement administration like purchase order preparation, invoice checking and challenge demand.
  • Specific benchmark topics, e.g. vendor research and evaluation, market research.
  • Procurement specific calculations, data analysis and preparation of information.
  • Expense tracking and reporting as well as cost analysis and risk management.
  • Maintenance of data in various Procurement tools (esp. SAP / SAP ARIBA).
  • Accompany and support national and international tenders.

What we are looking for

  • Currently studying Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and you want to gain practical experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset and eager to work with data and numbers.
  • Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint, is walk in the park for you.
  • Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English.

The support contribution will be between € 1.100,- and € 1.400,- monthly, depending on your level of education.

About OMV Petrom

OMV Petrom is the largest integrated energy producer in Southeastern Europe, with an annual Group hydrocarbon production of approximately 38 million boe in 2025. The Group has a refining capacity of 4.5 million tons annually and operates an 860 MW high-efficiency gas-fired power plant. The Group is present on the oil products retail market in Romania and neighbouring countries through approximately 780 filling stations under two brands – OMV and Petrom.

OMV Petrom is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with a 28.1% free float. As of end-2025, Romanian shareholders held around 45% of the shares (of which the Romanian state held 20.7%, while 24.4% were owned by pension funds in Romania, as well as other Romanian natural persons and legal entities).
