They are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure that suppliers meet the required quality standards and to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, providing technical guidance and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance, analyze quality data, and develop improvement plans to ensure consistent quality.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming materials, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to address quality concerns, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed reports on supplier performance, defect rates, and quality-related improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supplier quality role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies and familiarity with quality standards like ISO.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
