Job Description
The person must be able to: Build a 1st-party data strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals. Define how data flows between website → CRM/MA → activation channels. Identify and articulate opportunities for growth, engagement, conversion. Translate strategy into clear slides for a pitch. Improve user flows for engagement & retention Propose ideas for conversion optimization (forms, CTA strategy, segmentation) Recommend personalization or audience strategies Evaluate the customer journey and propose optimization actions Experience with at least one (ideally both): Mailchimp HubSpot Skills needed: (1st party) Data strategy to connecting with broader reach business goal Maintaining, managing 1 st party database in Mailchimp/Hubspot and integration with websites Providing proactive consultancy and bringing new ideas for conversion & UX optimization and engagement Generally CDP and CRM experience is a very strong plus
