We are seeking a Creative Strategist with a strong direct-response marketing mindset to develop and execute high-performing advertising creative for a rapidly growing DTC eCommerce brand.
This role focuses on creating scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ad creative across paid social channels. The ideal candidate understands how to combine data, consumer psychology, and creative storytelling to produce ads that drive measurable revenue.
You will work closely with media buyers, video editors, and UGC creators to develop creative concepts, write scripts, analyze performance, and continuously iterate on winning formats.
Research top-performing advertising across multiple industries (finance, health, home goods, etc.) and adapt successful hooks, formats, and storytelling techniques into high-performing creative.
Continuously analyze trends in cooking, kitchen technology, home goods, and related consumer product industries to extract creative angles and messaging opportunities.
Track competitors and analyze their top-performing creatives to identify trends, messaging strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
Evaluate internal ad performance to understand why specific creatives succeed or fail, identifying repeatable creative frameworks and patterns.
Extract customer insights from reviews, support tickets, ad comments, and social feedback to identify objections, motivations, and language that improves messaging.
Develop high-converting scripts and detailed creative briefs for UGC creators and editors.
Review submitted footage and provide detailed feedback on:
Ensure only high-quality footage moves into production.
Provide editors with full context for scripts and concepts and review final cuts with a strong focus on scroll-stopping hooks and conversion potential
Work closely with media buyers to analyze performance data and iterate on winning creatives while testing new concepts.
Continuously explore new creative formats and emerging technologies, including AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, and visual production.
