As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers by assisting with classroom activities and helping students with individual learning needs, including those with special needs, learning difficulties, or language barriers. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.93 - $25.43

This position is grant-funded through the end of the current school year.

Hourly Rate: Based on years of full-time, verified, directly related experience working with students up to 15 years.

Paraprofessional Degree Bonus/Supplement:

Associate Degree: $1,200 annual supplement

Bachelor's Degree: $1,500 annual supplement

Master's or Doctorate Degree: $1,800 annual supplement

Qualifications:

Associate degree, or

60 college credits, or
