✅ £16.00 per Hour – Competitive pay for experienced supervisors.
✅ Weekly Pay – Paid every Friday (with two weeks in hand).
✅ Luxury Venues – Work within prestigious 5-star hotels, award-winning spas, wellness retreats, and premium hospitality environments.

✅ Full-Time Hours – Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays where required, offering a consistent, full-time schedule within a luxury hospitality environment.
As a Spa Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest experiences the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa and wellness facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Supervising and supporting the spa cleaning team to deliver exceptional 5-star cleaning standards.
🧼 Ensuring all spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing facilities, poolsides, thermal suites, gyms, and public areas are maintained to immaculate standards.
📋 Conducting regular quality inspections and maintaining detailed cleaning schedules and records.
👥 Leading, motivating, and training team members while ensuring productivity and attention to detail remain consistently high.
🧴 Managing stock levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, linen, and guest amenities.
⚠️ Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures, COSHH regulations, and luxury brand standards.
🤝 Working closely with Spa Management and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
😊 Responding professionally to guest requests and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
✔ Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment.
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a cleaning team.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards.
✔ Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety procedures, and cleaning best practices.
✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills.
✔ Reliable, professional, and able to perform well in a fast-paced luxury environment.
✔ Availability to work a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of the operational requirements of a luxury spa.
