We’re hiring 5-Axis CNC Machinists for a high-mix, low-volume precision shop supporting aerospace and defense programs. Expect highly complex prints, unproven prototype setups, and tight tolerances on large-format materials where details matter—because these parts go into mission-critical systems tied to national security, not consumer products.
Machinists here don’t just run parts—they own the entire manufacturing process You’ll take complex parts end-to-end: from blueprint interpretation and multi-axis setup through first article validation and final inspection. Applying GD&T, building advanced workholding strategies, managing tool clearances for 5-axis motion, and collaborating directly with engineers on design modifications are everyday expectations. We value highly skilled machinists who bring exceptional fundamentals, think clearly under pressure, and take absolute pride in clean, repeatable work.
