49% School Clerk (Bookkeeper) - Jackson High School
(200 DAY POSITION)

• Performs a variety of clerical activities related to the function of the assigned school site and/or program
• Applies principals of accounting to initiate payment for vendors
• Maintains verification through balancing of the check register and cash requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (Must provide documentation with application)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work well with students, parents, staff, and the community.
• High integrity, excellent character, and good professional reputation.
• Previous K12 clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities preferred
• Previous bookkeeping or financial experience preferred
• Experience with CSI (SmartFusion) software preferred
